Por tanto, ambas cosas son lo mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En todos los lindes de nuestra parcela que recaiga a v\u00eda p\u00fablica deberemos de solicitar al Ayuntamiento que nos indique lo que se suele denominar Tira de Cuerdas, Alineaci\u00f3n Oficial o Indicaci\u00f3n de L\u00edneas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es decir, solicitamos que se nos Marquen las Alineaciones de nuestro solar o parcela con respecto a la v\u00eda p\u00fablica. Tambi\u00e9n solicitamos que se nos indique la rasante o cota \u201c0\u201d del terreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta indicaci\u00f3n se puede hacer por parte del Ayuntamiento de 2 formas distintas, que son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Por parte de los servicios t\u00e9cnicos del propio ayuntamiento un t\u00e9cnico municipal nos marca sobre el terreno la Tira de Cuerdas es decir la alineaci\u00f3n correcta del vallado o L\u00ednea de nuestro Edificio, con relaci\u00f3n a los caminos, calles o cualquier otro elemento p\u00fablico.<\/li><li>Por parte del ayuntamiento se nos pide que contratemos un t\u00e9cnico que nos marque dicha alineaci\u00f3n y presente el plano de Tira de Cuerdas a los t\u00e9cnicos municipales para que estos den el visto bueno.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n el <strong>Ayuntamiento de Estepona<\/strong> ha obtado por la segun opci\u00f3n, por lo que han solicitado nuestros servicios como<strong> top\u00f3grafo en Estepona <\/strong>para la delimitaci\u00f3n de la parcela y la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posterior al replanteo de las alineaciones, los t\u00e9cnicos del Ayuntamiento pasar\u00e1n a comprobar la misma, y dar el visto bueno si procede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada vez Steven est\u00e1 m\u00e1s cerca de construir la casa de sus sue\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Servicios de topograf\u00ede en Estepona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"http:\/\/veleztopografia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/IMG20210407113547-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG20210407113547\" class=\"wp-image-2780\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veleztopografia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/IMG20210407113547-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/veleztopografia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/IMG20210407113547-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/veleztopografia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/IMG20210407113547-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/veleztopografia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/IMG20210407113547-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/veleztopografia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/IMG20210407113547.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption>IMG20210407113547<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En muchos ayuntamientos tienen establecido de modo previo a la Licencia de Obras, la obtenci\u00f3n de un documento en el que se delimitan sobre plano, los suelos destinados a uso o dominio p\u00fablico y los destinados a uso privado, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los planos de ordenaci\u00f3n.
