y sigue causando un gran problema en Espa\u00f1a, siendo objeto de m\u00faltiples conflictos entre los propietarios de fincas colindantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n nos desplazamos hasta la preciosa localidad malague\u00f1a de <strong>Guaro<\/strong> para ofrecer <strong>servicios de topograf\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro trabajo como <strong>top\u00f3grafo en Guaro<\/strong> se ha basaso en establecer contacto con los vecinos colindantes de nuestro cliente, con el fin de aclarar las lindes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>reales de la parcela objeto de<strong> deslinde<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez realizado las investigaciones pertinentes, as\u00ed como aportaci\u00f3n de documentaci\u00f3n por todas las partes afectadas, se llega a la conclusi\u00f3n, de que las<strong> <em>lindes catastrales<\/em><\/strong><em> <\/em>(por una vez en mi vida) son correctas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se procede a realizar un <strong>deslinde catastral <\/strong>y <strong>amojonamiento de la parcela<\/strong> transportando la planimetr\u00eda del <strong>catastro<\/strong> de nuestra finca al terreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00e9lez Topografia<\/strong> es una empresa ubicada en la provincia de <strong>M\u00e1laga<\/strong> pero ofrece<strong> servicios de topograf\u00eda<\/strong> por todo el territorio nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
