superficie m\u00ednima que ha de tener una parcela para que sea edificable seg\u00fan el PGOU de M\u00e1laga es de 600 m2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de iniciar el <strong>levantamiento topogr\u00e1fico de la parcela urbana situada en la Urbanizaci\u00f3n Miraflores de El Palo, M\u00e1laga<\/strong>, hemos comprobado in situ que la superficie de m\u00ednima de la finca es de 607 m2, para que nuestro cliente se asegure de la compra que va a realizar y que reune los requ\u00edsitos m\u00ednimos para su edificabilidad y poder ejecutar el proyecto que tiene en mente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La parcela cuenta con un gran desnivel, por lo que los movimientos de tierras ser\u00e1n considerables, siendo el terreno bastante duro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al informar a nuestro cliente que la parcela tiene los metros suficientes, nos ha dado el visto bueno, in situ, para que ejecutemos el <strong>levantamiento topogr\u00e1fico<\/strong> de la misma y que el arquitecto comience a dise\u00f1ar la vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta zona en la que hemos ofrecido <strong>servicios de topograf\u00eda en M\u00e1laga, <\/strong>es una de las zonas m\u00e1s tranquilas y lujosas de la
