En esta legislaci\u00f3n aparece indicado el <strong>procedimiento<\/strong> y los diferentes pasos que se deben seguir. El \u00f3rgano competente es la Gerencia de Catastro donde est\u00e9 inscrita su propiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos encargamos de todos los informes topogr\u00e1ficos que son necesarios para subsanar discrepancias catastrales y <strong>tramitamos su expediente\u00a0<\/strong>si tambi\u00e9n lo precisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para definir con precisi\u00f3n la forma y dimensiones de una superficie siempre es necesario realizar una<a href=\"http:\/\/www.allpe.com\/topografia\/topografos\/mediciones-topograficas\/\"> <\/a><strong>medici\u00f3n topogr\u00e1fica<\/strong> que est\u00e9 georreferenciada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8211;\u00a0Medici\u00f3n topogr\u00e1fica<\/strong>: Previo enlace con la Red Andalauza de posicionamiento se realizar\u00e1 un levantamiento topogr\u00e1fico del per\u00edmetro de la construcci\u00f3n y elementos susceptibles de medici\u00f3n de la misma. El sistema de referencia utilizado ser\u00e1 el ETRS 89. El sistema de coordenadas utilizado ser\u00e1 UTM (Universal Transversal Mercator) zona 30\u00ba Norte y Datum European Terrestrial Reference System de 1989.\u00a0 Tras obtener las coordenadas UTM de la base con GPS se utilizar\u00e1 el m\u00e9todo de \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0GPS-RTK en Tiempo Real para calcular puntos determinantes con precisi\u00f3n centim\u00e9trica (1 \u00f3 2 cm + 1ppm). El aparato que se utilizar\u00e1 ser\u00e1 GPS Leica 1200.
