A partir de esa informaci\u00f3n, el Catastro obtiene las superficies de todos los inmuebles. La cartograf\u00eda catastral es la base de c\u00e1lculo de la mayor\u00eda de los impuestos. Por esta raz\u00f3n la utilizan casi todas las Administraciones p\u00fablicas en sus tr\u00e1mites. Los m\u00e1s habituales son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>IBI<\/strong> o Impuesto de Bienes Inmuebles<\/li><li>IRPF o <strong>Impuesto sobre la Renta<\/strong> de las personas f\u00edsicas<\/li><li>Impuesto de Patrimonio<\/li><li>Impuesto de Sociedades<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se detecta una <strong>diferencia entre la realidad f\u00edsica y los datos del Catastro<\/strong>, el propietario debe iniciar un procedimiento de <strong>Alteraci\u00f3n Catastral<\/strong>. Este procedimiento permite actualizar los datos de una propiedad para adecuarlos a la realidad. Para ello debe elaborarse un informe t\u00e9cnico que refleje la realidad f\u00edsica de la parcela o inmueble.
