Para ello tendremos en cuenta la \u00fanica superficie realmente v\u00e1lida que es la superficie de la parcela medida sobre el terreno.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, nuestro cliente nos ha solicitado el informe de validaci\u00f3n grafica alternativa para realizar una ordenaci\u00f3n territorial de su parcela,concretamente un inmatriculacion de la misma, es decir, la primera inscripci\u00f3n de una finca que no consta previamente inscrita en el Registro de la Propiedad de manera
