Los nuevos propietarios necesitaban disponer de una representaci\u00f3n precisa de la parcela y de su entorno antes de desarrollar el proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Levantamiento para reforma de vivienda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En una reforma es importante trabajar sobre la geometr\u00eda realmente existente. La medici\u00f3n permite documentar l\u00edmites, cotas y elementos exteriores relevantes para que el equipo de proyecto pueda encajar la intervenci\u00f3n sobre una base topogr\u00e1fica fiable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poligonal con tres bases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para organizar la toma de datos se realiz\u00f3 una <strong>poligonal con tres bases<\/strong>, desde las que se observaron los puntos necesarios de la parcela y su entorno. Esta configuraci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 mantener una referencia coherente durante todo el levantamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Topograf\u00eda para arquitectura en Nerja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado del trabajo sirve como base para arquitectura, reformas, comprobaci\u00f3n de cotas y posteriores replanteos si el proyecto lo requiere.
