p\u00fablica, es un campo de aplicaci\u00f3n fundamental para la topograf\u00eda y por ello\u00a0 <strong>V\u00e9lez-Topograf\u00eda <\/strong>e realiza:<\/p><p>Seguimiento en obras civiles,de urbanizaci\u00f3n (residencial e industrial), naves industriales, edificaci\u00f3n y estructuras.<\/p><ul><li>Iniciamos los trabajos con la comprobaci\u00f3n de la cartograf\u00eda inicial, red de bases y acta de replanteo.<\/li><li>Ejecuci\u00f3n de obra con tareas y replanteos adecuados a las caracter\u00edsticas y necesidades de la misma.<\/li><li>Control y asistencia t\u00e9cnica de obra.<\/li><li>Pruebas de carga en estructuras.<\/li><li>Nivelaciones ferroviarias, soleras, estructuras, montajes de maquinar\u00eda.<\/li><li>Control geom\u00e9trico de obras lineales<\/li><li>Realizamos el levantamiento topogr\u00e1fico de detalle inicial del<br \/>emplazamiento con la m\u00e1xima precisi\u00f3n y celeridad posible, para el<br \/>posterior encaje del proyecto.<\/li><li>Encajamos del proyecto de la obra y las modificaciones necesarias.<\/li><li>La Asistencia T\u00e9cnica y el seguimiento topogr\u00e1fico de obras de edificaci\u00f3n es fundamental para una correcta ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Replanteo de estructuras, pilotes, zapatas, pilares, muros, muros pantalla, bordillos.<\/li><li>Monitorizaci\u00f3n y control de deformaci\u00f3n de estructuras, control geom\u00e9trico de desplomes de muros, taludes y fachadas.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<strong>Movimientos de tierras.<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Control de excavaciones con modelo digital terreno (MDT).<\/li><li>Seguimiento de excavaciones abiertas en canteras.<\/li><li>Modelados 3D.<\/li><li>C\u00e1lculo de desmonte, terraplenes y
